At CAPELLA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, we understand that the decision to homeschool is one that is never made lightly. It is a decision that requires much attention, much research; and, once chosen, much determination. Excellence is a serious commitment and is achieved whilst counting the blessings and enduring the sacrifices.
Families that find themselves partnering with our ACADEMY are those who enter into homeschooling knowing that only they are responsible, under
G-d*, for what happens to their children. They are willing to make the enormously personal sacrifice required to insure that a well-rounded education, under G-d, is provided to their family.
CAPELLA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY firmly believes that G-d has called parents to take personal responsibility for the education of their children; and, you can have confidence knowing that CAPELLA stands with you. It is our ACADEMY’s goal to encourage each family towards their pursuit of excellence. In this attempt, we will house and maintain, as provided by the parent(s), graded report cards, attendance records, medical history, test scores (optional), photo-copied lesson plans, and goals and objectives for each school year.
If you are looking for a small Christian school that allows you the freedom to:
- Build on and with a G-d-centered focus;
- Set your own schedule;
- Teach the way that is best for your family;
- Receive help and encouragement;
- Not have to attend monthly meetings;
- Not be bogged down by monthly tuition;
- Decide for your own family whether or not you will test;
- Be able to be enrolled from anywhere in California;
- All for an affordable flat fee per family, per year;
then, you will find CAPELLA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY is the place for you.
Additionally, our ACADEMY gladly offers further help for new homeschoolers that need assistance in getting started; and, for long-term homeschoolers who desire to redirect their goals, directives, and/or record keeping. We also offer regular field trips that you can choose to attend at your schedule’s (and location's) convenience, as well as weekly park days which allow you to both give and receive support and socialization for you and for your children.

* We, as the principle and administrator of CAPELLA, reflect our Biblical teachings in our writings, communications, and correspondence with families of, and families interested in, Capella. The reason we do not write out the Name of our most beloved Creator is because we have been taught that with His Name being so Holy, it is not a Name to be written on documents - printed or otherwise - that may be thrown away or otherwise mistreated.
